Mr. Hendricks represents both lenders and developers in negotiating and closing residential, commercial, construction and acquisition and development loans involving subdivisions, condominiums, apartments, shopping centers, hotels, office buildings, industrial and agricultural properties. Mr. Hendricks  practices extensively in the areas of zoning, land use, local government law and permitting representing primarily developers and has actively served in advisory and lecturing capacities to local governments and organizations.

Consultant to newly created cities of Johns Creek, Milton and Sandy Springs on zoning, land use and permitting issues.
